Law professional, working especially in the areas of corporate law, intellectual and industrial property law, administrative law and maritime law. Graduated from the University of Panama.

Her work experience in the public sector recently includes the Maritime Authority of Panama, where she served as Executive Assistant to the Minister of Maritime Affairs, since it allowed her to develop functions of coordination, advice and execution of projects from the General Administration.

Represented the Maritime Authority of Panama as Delegate Member of the Sectoral Commission of Logistics and Transportation, for the formulation of the National Strategic Plan of Science and Technology and Innovation of SENACYT.

Within the private sector, her experience in commercial matters and intellectual and industrial property began in the law firm Arias, Fábrega and Fábrega and later in consulting and incorporation of corporate legal figures from private practice.

Currently Executive Director of the Network of Port Professionals for Gender Equity – PortMujer.
